More space, the same promise: the Waterspoor 1150

An average day on the water starts in the morning and ends before dinner.

With the 1150, introduced at the HISWA in early September, that is no longer the only option. As with every Waterspoor, the brand’s new flagship revolves entirely around comfort. The 1150 is also a compact, manoeuvrable mini cruiser with its own galley, a bathroom with toilet and four berths. At the bow there is a sun deck with two generous sun pads and a bench seat. It is a spacious weekender that offers plenty of freedom of movement for a comfortable afternoon on the water.

Why a larger model

The demand for the 1150 has not come out of nowhere. It is the answer to questions from the market for a larger Waterspoor, with more space, but without losing the recognisable elegant lines and the stable handling the brand is known for. The 1150 has been designed entirely from scratch by the in-house design studio and built from low-maintenance aluminium. That makes the model lighter, more efficient and, in the long term, more economical to run. Aluminium also makes the 1150 highly manoeuvrable and easy to handle, so that anyone can take it out with ease.

Larger, but no less stable

A larger model soon raises the question of whether it still lies calmly in the water. With the 1150 the answer is yes: despite its size and the extra space on board, the model remains just as stable as the rest of the Waterspoor line-up. That makes a weekend on board with the whole family or with guests every bit as relaxed as an ordinary afternoon on the water.

Entirely to your own taste

At Waterspoor, luxury and comfort are the norm rather than the exception. The 1150 comes equipped with a canopy, bow thruster, shore power system, LED lighting and an integrated bathing platform, among other things. If you wish to specify the model further to your own taste, you can choose from hundreds of additional options, from the upholstery to the engine: diesel from 110 hp or hybrid.

Step on board during the Sea Trial Weekend

From 18 to 20 September the new Waterspoor 1150 will be lying at the jetty at Prins Watersport during the Sea Trial Weekend. The newest model in the line-up is built with the same craftsmanship you have come to expect from Waterspoor. Images, however, do not tell the whole story. Only when you take the 1150 out yourself will you notice how at home it is on the water, and how Waterspoor has taken comfort and stability to a higher level once again.
